Do NOT waste your money on this product. I bought the beast saver and I can not describe in pleasant words how bad it is. An epilator for your head, the blades are shocking and just pull your hair out if any at all, it took me 3 days to do one grade. The battery dies after about 10 minutes and even when fully charged you can just feel it has no power, like when your electric toothbrush is just about to die.
After 3 days of trying I ended up having to shave my entire head with a beard trimmer.
Don't bother. Purchased the platinum shaver and got maybe 2 months of use out of it. They say it's water proof and can be used in the shower, but it's not. As soon as it get humid the on/off button stops working properly. The shaver would turn on during the middle of the night and then because the button was not working the only way to turn it off was to let the battery run flat and keep it outside so it doesn't keep you awake.
Also the customer service was terrible. After getting a replacement electronic head for the shaver the blades didn't work. They then said that the blades are designed in a way so they block up and then they will make you buy another set because they are "consumeable" at $59 to get replacement blades every 3 months, you do the math and see if it's worth it.

Went through three motor units in a year then the last one failed at 15 months they would not replace it! Save your money inferior product poor quality bad customer service.
I have purchased 3 shavers and I've experienced poor reliability and service each time. What is turning me away from this company once and for all is my most recent experience. Recently I purchased the Pitbull Platinum Pro Shaver (the top-of-the-line model) I had the shaver for 6 weeks. Everything was fine out the box. I charged up and was shaving with it 4-5 times a week. I got 90+ minutes of shaving time then when it was time to charge, I began shaving and suddenly I was barely getting 10 minutes of shave time from a 100% charge. The battery was draining 20% for every 2 minutes of shaving. This was the final straw for me. I did everything I could to stay with this company because I really did like the results of the shaver(s) that I've owned; I just cannot continue to accept the mediocre quality, reliability, and customer service.
My first order with skull shaver was very positiv.
Fast shipping and delivery to Germany.
I realised that the price dropped after adding to the basket and order. I wrote to customer services why I paid 24 GBP more and they refunded me the difference. Really great!
The shaver itself looks like high quality and shaves very well. I ordered the Baron PRO4 blade addionally to the Forte PRO4 which came with the skull shaver Gold. Will compare the shaving results.

liars, please don't trust them, they sent me empty box and it was not coming from from them it was coming from some strange location.
upon complaining to customer support they are threatening swearing.

Haven't had any problems with the shaver even though I only use it in the shower. Easy to clean. Would recommend.

I have had two of these things now. They both stopped working a little over a year after purchase. Won't start. It is not because of the blades. The company's attitude to helping me, being just slightly out of warranty, is completely dismissive.
